Pay is great, work colleagues are also great, holidays are great aswell, getting 5wks off a year,
Cons
Working for tkmaxx, you get treates likes your in school, under no circumstances are you allowed to talk to another member of staff and if so you get giving out to over it even though u could be in the middle of tagging and doing something work related, there is a lack of communication between the managers, rules being changed all the time, they give out bigger contracts to newer staff whike the older staff have to beg for an extra 4 hour contract, I think its a disgusting and disrespectful way to treat your staff, they want you to get as many wows as possible but yet treat you like you're a child and are disrespectful, management should be fair and be nice, amd maybe then you would see more wows comin in from customers, happy staff = happy customers :)
