Wouldnt call this position a graduate program as training isn't continuous after 2 weeks. Management expected other employees to pick up their job to train new graduates. No clear company direction, and poor management. They expected way too much- and beyond that- for a new employee that just started in the company, not understanding that it takes time for graduates to adjust into full-time work. This comes down to management that focused more on company expansion than the employees themselves, an expansion that has an unrealistic and unattainable vision if they cannot train their employees properly and give them adequate amounts of opportunities to further their training. Little career opportunities and progression.
