Pros
Depending on your management, job rotation can be good, and fast paced environment at the weekends makes the day go quicker Pay is better than most retail jobs, and they don't discriminate based on age so if you're younger it's probably the best pay in this sector.
Cons
Lack of in store organisation due to sales strategy makes the associates jobs harder; finding a specific top in size 12 can take half an hour, as it will be on the other side of the store to the initial top, which most customers don't appreciate. Also impossible to navigate where each department is (there's about 94 categories just of clothing). Training is also on the job so you probably won't know what your doing until two months in. Some managers also have no understanding of employee satisfaction and will put you on tills 8 hours a day, every day, for a year. Thankfully in my case, better management came in but I'd recommend leaving if this is you. The pay isn't worth it.
