everyone in supervision or 'team leader' roles, management, regional management, and especially the regular customer service floor staff are always total morons. someone's been telling them to make your life as an employee as miserable as possible, because i never experienced a good work day in the 2 years i worked there. also the shop itself sucks, the music is the most painful thing i've ever put up with in my life
