      Pros

      Good people, skilled and professional. Decent salary and benefits. Flexible working.

      Cons

      Needs to value it's employees more. Punching above weight in the UK market at moment but will wilt against backdrop of major players (HP, Fujitsu etc) unless it can consistently win and retain more clients. Senior Management need to listen to employees views. Most strategic decisions in the UK are made with their one major client in mind rather than the whole portfolio.
