Working at home is possible; fairly flexible hours; opportunity to learn about various parts of the business.

Cons

Pros

remote and flexibility, however flexibility is changing rapidly as unfortunately, it seems they are cheap and don’t want to hire additional (much needed) help and just work their current employees to death. For context, we’ve lost 8 employees in the last year.

Cons

Most everything. Pay, workload, passive aggressiveness from coworkers and other bosses, unprofessionalism, it seems like upper management never fully addresses or get to the bottom of any issues whatsoever and would rather gaslight you for weeks, months, and years on end about issues because things just can’t get fixed? They now seem to hang raises over our heads like a carrot on a stick. They literally said to us that if you don’t lose the company x amount of money then *maybe* that extra money might go for raises, but yet tell you everything you’re doing wrong and micromanage you to the point where you just wonder why you’re even still here. But yet they can barely do their own jobs. It’s very disappointing, I went into this company so excited for the future and it has absolutely discouraged me that this is what a workplace is. I have worked so hard, went above and beyond, and I would’ve done that all happily with a smile on my face for the same pay, if the company would have just said a thank you every once in a while, or at least proved with actions that they want to take their employees into account.
