      Not a great environment to work in

      Working at home is possible; fairly flexible hours; opportunity to learn about various parts of the business.

      Cons

      Horribly mismanaged; long hours due to complete chaos; upper management shows extreme favoritism; clear and blatant gender inequality; no real HR department (no one to address any of the aforementioned); generally a negative, hostile, and unhealthy working environment; limited upward growth opportunity,

      Loved the work, up-to-date computers and software, paid training, paid holidays and PTO

      Cons

      Poor management. I had three Managers with-in six years. My last Manager was out sourced and never took the time to get to know me, my work experience and my skills.
