The only good reason was the money but the environment made it pointless!
Cons
It's awful in all the ways you can imagine! Management becomes hostile whenever you take a day off or a sick leave! They demand numbers and add new task to your workload without raising your salary! They expect you to work excited and happy after a 30 minutes meeting telling you how bad the team is doing and how you need to pick it up when the market is low! They lie to their customers and charge them a bunch of hidden fees and then when the customer gets mad at you (since you sold them the package) they blame you cause you're supposed to tell the client even when you know that will ruin the sale since no smart client will want to buy their product! They praise a teammate that made plenty of deals even when they knew he made these deals illegally and using lies as a sales method! They fire people every single day and it's pretty discouraging seeing good teammates go just cause they don't meet the expectations! They promise to train you and get better but they don't follow up their promises! They tell you to do something and than a week later scold you for doing what they said! And when you tell them: Management told me to do it, they all act like they never said such a thing! Management is the worst part of this job, they will literally drive you insane cause they change their minds and their policies more often than they change their underwear!! You can suck up the environment if you need the job but there are no grow opportunities, they only give raises to whoever licks their shoes more and not to whoever works harder and has better results! Run away from them! They are all nice the first month and then they show their true colors! Run and get a job somewhere else. Anywhere is better I promise you!
