Pros
The company and leadership really functioned on trust, and I always felt empowered to do my job and more. Many committees and opportunities to raise your hand to do more if you want to. Fun social atmosphere and always open to your career growth.
Cons
Often long hours and hard to fully disconnect, however that's agency life no matter where you go I feel. If you're someone driven, there's no end to how far you can go, and you will get great feedback, but if you just want a punch in / punch out type of job this probably wouldn't be the place for you.
