Pros
The culture is amazing. I love the people I work with directly.
Cons
The pay is super low and you barely get bonuses which is something they lead with. There is no professional development plan for this role to move up. You can either become a recruiter or quit. The mamagement of the RFM is all over the place. No follow up...no action plan. It is almost like they are winging it for training. CSA turnover is high because of the way management treats CSA's Our role is considered HR everywhere else but here it is customer support associate which means you will not be getting paid to do HR work but you will still be doing HR work underpaid only because the title is that. They say they have an open door policy but really its not because if you try to talk to anyone over your bosses head because things are not being taken care of you are repremended. I know the company values however I feel like from a CSA world they do not care about us because we can be replaced so they don't want to put in effort or work with us to help us grow. The only thing that the president of the company cares about is the recruiters and account managers that make him and the company more money. CSA just cut the check and anyone can do that so why would they go the extra mile to help us.
