Pros
TEKsystems has a very strong training program. They fly you down to their corporate location for a week training at the end of a 12 week initial training and then have you complete another 12 week shadow training. The company culture is defined, the people are all great (type A personalities), and possibility to make money is always nice.
Cons
The work/life balance is none existant. It is expected that you work a minimum of 55hrs at the office and then another 10 from home. This is all expected on a decent salary (for a straight 40hr a week position) The company has a strict "process", which handcuffs creativity and fun. All in all, it is a good start, but thats about it.
