Pros
- good pay once you learn the job - friendly peers - brand has been around for a while and companies respect that
Cons
- favoritism in leadership. The same three “leaders” in the office only care about promoting each other. - leadership never asks for feedback when staff is clearly upset. - during covid, sales and recruiting metrics have not changed at all, they have gotten more aggressive with threats of “performance plans” to intimidate you. - rules don’t apply to you if you’re one of the leaders favorites - ex. Sales metrics don’t apply to you - this office has done away with PTO by telling staff if they use a PTO day they must hit their activity or they will be put on a performance plan. The leader in the office holds a meeting about this to make it seem like that is not the agenda, but it’s clear to everyone that it is. - employees must go to Glassdoor to say how they feel because leadership is unapproachable. - gossip amongst leadership leads to distrust. - company is treating us horribly and making us feel that we should be grateful to have a job. Exploitation.
