Sever lack of work 80% of days. Contract position got let go 3 months ahead of earliest anticipated date. Low overall responsibility within role (most contractors could only work basic tickets. Anything requiring more troubleshooting was reserved for full time employees). TEKsystems management was far removed from what was actually happening day to day onsite.
