Pros

You get a small tiny discount

Cons

Very little pay, no training, they move you from place to place don't train then get mad and make passive aggressive comments about how you messed everything up. They talk down to you, and you get written up if you don't ask the customer multiple times to sign up for the high interest credit card. One time isn't enough it has to be three.

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
