Easy If you want a job where you could do your work productively while sleeping, this is the job for you.
Cons
Pay increase of 2 dollars over 10 years of working here. Zero recognition or opportunity for advancement. Number of hours worked each week around 20 but varies. Constant hiring of new associates = less hours current employees get.
