Pros

Union, Insurance, Job stability if you can stand the job

Cons

Union so have to build up seniority before you can transfer positions within the company, lots of work and push numbers for little pay, no training once so ever just hand you your tools and expect you to know what to do with them, they have they're own vocabulary which sounds kind of weird but as a waitress and coming into a warehouse knowing nothing about what I'm supposed to be doing its a little stressful when you are asked to look up the distro and match it with the P.O. and go find the gum for the order and oh by the way its in department FC (which is also an unmarked area) ????? What???? SO confusion from the very beginning...but that's not all after about a week of working there you find out how you rank amongst your fellow associates well of course with NO training and not really any direction you score very low so then they tell you this number must be up to a 100% within four weeks or they could possibly fire you.

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
