Pros
its really an easy job. They usually work with my school schedule when i give it in enough time.
Cons
75% of the customers are awful and somehow think that tj maxx has a bartering system of some type and because the manager dont wanna argue they usually go against policy to cater to them. My store closes at 930 and we usually don't leave until 1030 or later. If u work the day shift your shift will most likely consist of running racks and running a register if your closing then....God help you.
