Pros
If you need a day or two off you can request it in advance and your schedule can be adjusted to fit that need. The benefits are very nice and very affordable.
Cons
To many changes. Company needs to learn to make up its mind. One time you can do something then you can't and then back to being allowed. Too many policies that do not make sense and make doing your job difficult. Also if one person make a stupid mistake and does something wrong don't punish everyone in that position.
