Pros

The company gives a very generous amount of money to store to buy snacks for associates . Great health insurance. Enough managers to help store manager.

Cons

Company wants all associates to be happy because they only pay 12 per hour to employees managers have to pick up slack . Culture of open door is basically they call HR and complain management Is held Accountable even though the complaint has no merit like associate not getting enough hours but company it’s not giving stores enough hours from the go . Company just sends so much merchandise into the stores where the backroom and sales Floor is so full customers complain about it. This is just a few . Lots of things are just not logical.

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
