Pros

Great company overall. Great products. Great people overall. Lots of learning. Good growth opportunities. Innovation.

Cons

Pros generally differ from team to team. Technical support team especially lacked professionalism, growth opportunities, and innovation. Most of the time it was about pleasing the boss rather than resolving customer issues. Lots of dirty politics and micro-management. Funny that the technical support engineers are instructed not to collaborate too much with the developers and occasionally to give them a dose, if there is some problem.

Small business Employees are usually cool

Cons

Low pay Have to ask for raises No bonus or incentives No insurance Very unorganized management Owner will try and make you feel stupid If you don’t know something Scheduling will be half done.
