Laid back work environment, easy to get along with others, no back stabbing, good place to build experience, friendly management.

Need better processes in place, outdated ERP system, no 401K, no clear path forward for lower level employees.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Lots of autonomy.

Completely disorganized to the point that I often wondered how they are still in business.
