- Terrible onboarding process - virtually no training and expected to be an expert on the job on day one
- If you slip up or do one thing wrong, upper management will never forget it and will hold it over your head
- Upper Management chooses favorites so if you're not liked due to circumstances outside your control, you will never grow within the organization
- When asking questions to managers, it genuinely feels like you are bothering them and getting in the way of what they are doing
- Zero collaboration - constant finger pointing between different teams in the organization to shift the blame
- The entire company is understaffed
