Pros
If you live in the surrounding area, it's the best commute you could ever ask for. If you work in front of house and your manager likes you or doesn't remember you work there.. you can take a 2 hr lunch like all their other friends.
Cons
This business thinks they are progressive, out of the box thinkers who are focused on innovation, work life balance, and positive company culture. Nothing could be further from the truth. Working here was like watching the largest game of 'pass the blame' I've ever experienced. As long as no one has to be accountable, there is no remove for process improvement. Almost all of my coworkers were overworked and had workloads that were astronomical, while at the same time an equal amount of employees did little more than gossip with their manager and eat snacks all day. Workload balance is not equalized across departments, employees, or abilities. This is a place where being good at your job is truly only rewarded by having to also do someone else's job. It's sad really because this could be a great place to work, and on paper it is. But the reality is not what's advertised in the 'brochure'.
