- Talks about diversity all over social media, yet the entire management level are white middle aged men. - No flexibility in working before covid, was not allowed to work from home. - Leadership team has no idea what they're doing. Can never come up with a plan to stick to, always making stuff up as they go. - Expects you to use your personal phone for business purposes. You won't get a company phone. But they still want you to take client calls before and after work? - Some managers are incredibly misogynistic and use innapropriate language in the office. Even if it's a joke, I'm not sure if calling your team members for "The B-word" when everyone can hear, is a good idea. - Awful, awful office gossip. - Open office with music playing constantly and people talking on the phone. How am I ever supposed to be able to concentrate? - HR does not feel like HR. I'm not even sure what they do to be honest with you. - Drinking happens often on company time.
