Pros
The only valuable aspect of this company is getting to provide services to people who otherwise wouldn't be able to access them. It's what's kept me going but even that has it's limits.
Cons
Low pay, micro management, disrespect from management team, constant policy changes, punitive enforcement, I've seen people publicly reprimanded, humiliated and even fired for speaking their minds. They secretly contact your clients to up sell them or pressure them to participate in research. The only way therapist know is after the client mentions it. You get penalized if you don't get enough money out of your clients meaning if they leave before a certain time, they blame the therapist for not keeping them, not considering maybe the issue they came for is worked out. First they have minimum case loads and you get penalized if you don't meet them, then when they hired too many therapist, minimum case loads went away then when they went to in-state matching they started pressuring you to take minimum case loads, personally confronting therapists about how few clients they had. There is so much wrong here, I could go on.
