Pros
The people and the culture are great and very international, the product is successful and everyone seems to be pushing in the same direction. In RnD, you get a lot of freedom on how to execute, which makes for a great learning experience. Management means well and there are no politics or micro-management. Everyone's trusted to deliver and can share their opinion to keep on improving processes or tooling. C-level is very accessible, non-political, and very straight forward. While leadership could benefit from clearer communication at times, I enjoyed the fact there's is no "we are a family" or "values we work by" and other meaningless marketing tropes used ad nauseum by every other company.
Cons
- Salary talks can be difficult at times, which, unfortunately, is standard in many companies in the current economy. - No stock option program. - No performance bonus.
