Pros
The culture and the people and the teamwork. The 3 most important things I was looking for in my next role. From top to bottom, the people are wonderful human beings, wicked smart, super fun, care deeply about the company and devoid of ego. I had spent so many years in corporate America, I never knew I could love a workplace this much. We have a strong office culture. We eat lunches together -- like, we sit down at the same table together. I have never done that in my entire career. I love it. And while we are a global company, we still manage to feel like a tight-knit team between our weekly all-hands, inter-office visits and our annual offsites.
Cons
I honestly have nothing negative to say. If anything, some people are so friendly and interpersonal that meetings run over and start late.
