      Pros

      Hard to list any after my experience. The company doesn’t practice what the my preach. Free/discounted product from time to time. Some cool coworkers.

      Cons

      The pay is extremely low. They required me to work off the clock, sometimes all nighters. Never paid for overtime. Under staffed. Manipulative. Doesn’t use the “high” quality leather they say they do. Office politics. Imports from China.

      Pros

      Likeminded and fun coworkers. Small company producing things with care, by hand. I don't have enough positives to reach the minimum word requirement.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay along with sexist environment. Management tries to compensate low pay by annual camp trip and sporadic beer Fridays. Cool factor fades fast when you realize there is little room for growth.
