Pros
I've just started and I felt that it was very organized orientation and training for someone that just came on board. Everything was outin for me before I even started work and what I've needed and what I'll be expecting for my first few weeks. So far I'm having a awesome experience.
Cons
Team can get slide tracked during training because of all the adhoc requests but that is expected. That is the reason why i got hired so I could help ease the team.
