Awesome work culture. If you thinking of joining Tavant, just go ahead and do it without a second thought. It is more like where you exhibits your passion than just work what they give. Good people. I worked there as SSE for nearly 2 years for the account called DFC. Loved the way how they manage and take the work from you. You literally don't feel pressure. Good work life balance. Just imagine how much it is good to me when I am writing this after coming out of that company. One way I missed that environment but yes I had some personal stuff to move on! All FCG and young minds. Amount service companies I felt it is good. Of course it also depends on your luck and your manager. But for me it went well. And the most important thing is LOCATION!
Cons
Not much. But felt facility is not so respondent. And yes, timesheets! though it is not a big head ache it is not something a employee expects to do filling timesheet every month. Appraisal is not so great. It is average or below.
