Pros
I have never been in another company that was able to create a family like work environment as well as Tavant achieved. Working for a company that is well known and respected in the industry it serves is a great deal! The executive team is very hands on and ambitious about the company goals and they make sure to translate it to every level with full transparency. Since I started my position a year ago I have seen a substantial growth and excitement within the sales and marketing teams due to the new focus on a suite of products in consumer lending practice. There is tremendous potential for learning and professional growth. Working side by side with some of the most intelligent coworkers makes everyday positively challenging and creates new opportunities for growth.
Cons
I can't think of any. Tavant is known to find a good fit for its employees and not letting go of good team players. Executive team being open to change and accepting new ideas makes it hard to face with any big issues.
