      Pros

      Really friendly team, the work is very flexible as you never have to take on a shift and you can provide different availability each week, you get to work with lots of different people as you may visit multiple settings.

      Cons

      Moving around between different settings makes it hard to develop relationships with the children that you work with. Sometimes you provide availability but nothing comes up, so you can't rely on having work that week.

      For different but great experiences, for self and professional development, for better standard of living and great opportunities getting upgraded life skills

      Cons

      Not knowing anyone personally, no family members to relate to, budgeting may be tight due to important bills to pay.
