      Pros

      The Secondary team always make an effort to check in and see how a job has gone. Claire particularly has always been very approachable and professional, with clear communication.

      I can't think of any.

      Pros

      Really friendly team, the work is very flexible as you never have to take on a shift and you can provide different availability each week, you get to work with lots of different people as you may visit multiple settings.

      Cons

      Moving around between different settings makes it hard to develop relationships with the children that you work with. Sometimes you provide availability but nothing comes up, so you can't rely on having work that week.
