Pros
Some very talented people work very hard and care a great deal about the work they do and the people they work with. Benefits package is good
Cons
The senior management and exec are entirely clueless, indecisive and the way they treat the company and employees on the ground floor is shameful. Recent hires and people placed in senior positions are wholly unqualified for the job, destroyed the day to day culture and the teams confidence in the studio. Those now steering the ship have no idea on how to direct it anywhere other than into a cliff face
