Pros

- The people and culture are truly amazing! Despite the sentiment of some of these reviews, I honestly believe their leaders do a good job leading with empathy. - The whole company is fully remote. - Tons of opportunities to improve products, and in my experience, most teams are quite receptive to new ideas. - Benefits are good, but not the best. No 401k match is just one example, but they have good healthcare options. Some cost you nothing, some cost you a little, but they're good plans that they make affordable. - You have the opportunity to shape your job into want you want. Generally, if you want to try out new things and hop between teams, you have that chance here.

Cons

- The company is going through some major growing pains at the moment as they transition from a startup to something more corporate. - Despite the benefits being good, the pay will likely be on the lower end of what you would expect. Merit increases usually just help you beat inflation at best, but not everyone gets an increase every year. - The Mojo acquisition was chaotic and controversial in the beginning, but after one year, it's becoming clear it was the right decision. - Much of the product is 10+ years old, and maintaining these aging components can be painful. - Too much tunnel vision on specific verticals when it comes to leadership sometimes.
