Tech9 makes an incredible effort to help employees feel valued and appreciated. There is definitely a collaborative, team feeling with upper management. They have incredible employee retreats and holiday parties. Benefits are good, pay is competitive.
Cons
The company is growing quickly--I hope they can continue to make culture and employee satisfaction a priority.
