Pros

They were able to get me a position at a great company relatively quickly. My recruiter was particularly good about following up after each phase of the process. The rest of the staff I met at their office seemed friendly.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any cons; they were a pleasure to work with.

Pros

I got some of the best training I've ever had and it helped me even though I switched careers

Cons

Hard career growth. The real money is in being both an account manager and recruiter and that's a hard progression. Also, there is a ton of competition on the market

Pros

TCI is great whether you're getting started in the recruitment game, or if you're a seasoned veteran who's looking for a new place to call home. All the senior account managers care about their candidates as much as they care about their clients. Recruiting doesn't exactly have the best reputation, but working for TCI I was proud to be a recruiter because I know how well everyone was treated throughout the entire recruitment cycle . If you're new to the recruitment game, TCI has seasoned and successful account managers and recruiters that will teach you everything they know, as well as provide you with the knowledge and tools to develop your own style of recruiting. This isn't a cut-throat environment -- everyone at TCI helps each other out, and celebrates successes as a team. This is an office where you can learn a ton about recruiting, technology, sales, and general business acumen, and all the senior account managers and the CEO keep their offices open to talk about whatever you're looking to learn.

Cons

In general, if new to recruiting, make sure you understand what the job requires.
