      Medical/Dental benefits completely covered. MPPP instead of a standard 401K which the company directly contributes to. Huge network of Tecolotians to collaborate with.

      Cons

      As a contractor to the DoD, your work/life balance is totally dependent on who you work for at the DoD.Base pay could be better-- much better. Total compensation is great, but base pay is not competitive with cost of living in Los Angeles.

      Pros

      Terrific support, mentorship, and training from management. Good company culture and it’s an employee-owned company! Extremely good retirement and health care benefits.

      Cons

      Because the retirement and healthcare benefits are so good, the actual salary is lower than some expect.
