Pros

Some very talented, hardworking colleagues who genuinely cared about customers and each other. Remote work flexibility (if applicable).

Cons

Massive layoffs throughout the whole year, most recently in September - wiped out about 40% of operations, including most of the support team. Product quality is extremely poor — frequent (daily) issues and customer complaints have piled up into the thousands. Ticket resolutions take weeks, if not months. Leadership focuses on appearances (awards, partnerships, new product announcements) instead of addressing real operational problems. Pay and benefits are well below industry average. Little to no HR support or transparency during layoffs, or any time for that matter. Morale is at an all-time low, and turnover is extremely high.

Pros

The people here are great people who care about the products and services we provide. They understand the challenges that exist in this type of corporate structure, with an umbrella company backed by private equity. They also understand the opportunities these challenges provide for personal and professional growth and those who embrace both stay and thrive.

Cons

The pros are also the cons. This is a perpetual start up type of environment and it's not for everyone. For those who love challenges and have self confidence to speak up because they are capable and know their worth, this is a great place to work. For those who need structure and predictability day after day, this is not the ideal place to work.

Pros

remote no traveling required potential commission

Cons

No real structure Constant hire / fire / rebranding / restructuring for repackaging company to sell. Never had a deal close or seen a customer happy long term. No real brand recognition when going up against market leaders. Outdated and overpriced tools and solutions in a constantly evolving industry where they have little to no footing. Hard to stay motivated
