Pushy management, but excellent pay - Customer Assistant Tesco Employee Review

Management could be very pushy about more hours and not very sympathetic towards the fact that I am a college student, they could also be very harsh to other members of staff, for instance my line manager made a number of my colleagues cry during their time- also the company has adopted a temporary contract scheme, with some members of the team who have been there over 3 years, still on a temporary contract, this does not help with job security.
