Pros
Strong brand Tesla that looks good on a CV
Cons
Leadership in the Berlin Controlling team lacks competence and clear direction. Expectations change constantly, decisions are inconsistent, and processes are unclear. Workload is extreme, with an expectation to be available up to 12 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. The environment is highly toxic: constant pressure, regular threats of termination without valid reasons, and zero respect for boundaries. Unprofessional behavior is common, including shouting, inappropriate and offensive language, and disrespectful communication. A female manager regularly humiliates team members in front of others, creating a culture of fear and intimidation. Such treatment creates a hostile work environment where employees feel undervalued, intimidated, and unsafe. Staff turnover is extremely high, with many employees leaving after only a few months, which explains the constant open vacancies. During holidays (e.g. Christmas), employees are often denied vacation due to year-end workload, while management takes leave and asks not to be disturbed, yet still expects all work to be completed on time. Any delays are met with pressure and implicit threats.
