New Orleans office is a sweatshop. Gets to 80 degrees daily and has been that way for years. Hard to focus or even care about the work with such bad conditions.
HR and management have avoided raises for years and the new system setup is shady and not transparent. Nightmare HR - understaffed and hardly reachable.
Upper management had a lot of nepo. I saw a new old head come in, get promo’d to the top, and then promo’d every single person under him along the way.
They just hire anyone off the street so competency can be pretty low. But there are some smart people just looking for intro gig.
