Pros
- Very collaborative/supportive team(s) - Upward growth/opportunity to grow with a variety of departments (sales, marketing, customer success, etc.) - The c-suite/higher ups are very transparent and open door policy - The company does a great job of trying to ensure we have a work life balance/a mix of community work and involvement/team building - Often, before bigger decisions are made that will impact a few departments, the company is very proactive about informing the team(s) + ensuring questions are asked - Unlimited PTO - Remote
Cons
- No formal "training" per say. I am solely putting this under "con" because it is something that isn't put in place yet BUT this is being worked on/built out so, there is proactive acknowledgement. You learn from a variety of the team members/whoever may know that specific question or process best.
