      Constantly improving in processes and the way things are done. Employees are empowered to make changes and take charge of their career. Great values and management genuinely does what they preach. Love the people who work there.

      Cons

      Needs more employee parking and better bathrooms in production area.

      Pros

      Work over 40 hours a week, with overtime. There's always work or a job that is in progress. Love what I do and the houses that we work on.

      Cons

      Sometimes work over 60hrs a week. Work life balance doesn't exist during the work week.
