They start out by lying in your interview, They will make you an unreasonably low offer but say that you will have the opportunity for a raise after three months of employment, but they don't really do this normally, and a lot of people quit just for that reason. I worked here for a little less than a year and I saw probably almost 30 people quit. Turnover is absolutely insane. They treat their younger employees like idiots and promise advancement, with no intentions of delivering. They only promote people over the age of 35 or so, regardless of relevant experience. They also used to do yearly reviews, but they implemented a new system now, where there is no set time for reviews.
Tharp Cabinet does not care about your safety.
There is a lot of mandatory overtime, they say it's not mandatory but they will be upset with you if you don't do it. They don't do a good job scheduling and when sales are low they find a way to blame production. There is constant changes in production as well so no one ever knows what the quality standards are.
Health benefits are not worth it.
The managers also try to organize activities to bring the low morale up, but if you ever happen to walk by any kind of manager, there is a good chance that they are bad-mouthing their employees.
It's a very negative environment, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
