      The benefit packet was pretty good

      Cons

      Toxic environment , Leadership - fractured, self-absorbed, vindictive, and out of touch with employees and customers. Internal politics drive the organization- Favoritism is blatant. Good, experienced people are driven out of the company by the toxic leadership in sales , services and IT.

      Pros

      Compensation package including bonuses and complete benefits package are very comprehensive.

      Cons

      Underdeveloped managment. Not an inclusive work environment and US employees definitely aren't as respected as UK employees. Can feel isolating or targeting for dismissal.
