      Collaborative environment though It seemed decisions were already made before being consulted, it was for effect, not input. Great 401k match. Great manager support.

      Cons

      When I left they did not pay any of my vacation time, and I had a lot. They said AZ said we don’t have to. Big loss of pay.

      Benefits, pay, flexibility and environment

      Cons

      High workload, minimal adjustments to metrics, lots of system issues, not enough active mentoring, terrible communication between departments/teams at times especially HR, employee benefits & claims, and management.
