Pros
The pay is comfortable, and most colleagues are nice. Decent progression opportunities due to the preference to promote internally for most positions.
Cons
The current senior management team is seriously ill-equipped to bring the company forward. 90% of the senior management have left the company over the past 2 years and replaced with cheaper unqualified replacements. The new CEO is nothing more than a yes man who agrees to everything the investors demand. Every single decision is made with consideration to maximising profits and nothing else. The current CEO and senior management team makes no effort to interact with the staff. Majority of the teachers and other staff members have never even seen their faces. Feedback from the ground is disregarded. Entire departments are let go in order to cut costs. While the salary may be decent, the benefits are bare minimal. A couple years back, someone asked HR during a townhall about the possibility of introducing flexible benefits. HR's response was "What's flexible benefit?".
