Pros
Fantastic, encouraging place to work, full of ambition and commitment to telling stories that matter to readers. As one of the best news organizations in the world, you should absolutely take any chance you can to work here.
Cons
Like a lot of large companies, it can be a lot about who you know and which top bosses support your career. I was lucky to have strong mentors, but I saw other great reporters fall through the cracks because they weren't as social with editors.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review and we take your feedback seriously. We launched The Leadership Project to coach and train leadership on management, leading teams, and building their employees. Your feedback about editors is helpful and we'll pass it onto our team. Overall, we're so glad you enjoyed working at The Post and found the work and your mentors rewarding.
The culture needs improvement, with a strict in-office policy that may not work well for everyone. There also seems to be ongoing challenges with employee retention, which can impact team morale, consistency, and long-term stability. The tech guild and unions made me feel really uncomfortable with coworkers protesting outside the office.
