Benefits. No yearly bonus Raises are barely with inflation. Internal snack machines are run by 3rd party so are crazy expensive. Benefits

Hard working colleagues, at times.

Cons

I found a lot of people I worked with were just racking up sinecures they felt they had earned. Lots of laziness.
